FLUX – the ERP you truly own
What is FLUX
Do you have a management system that no longer meets your needs, or do you pay every month for software where your data sits on someone else’s servers? We build YOURS: it manages contacts, activities, deadlines, events and history, runs on your servers and you truly own it. No per-user subscription.
How it’s built inside (for the technically minded)
Architecture
FLUX exposes invariant primitives in the core:
- Entity – anything with identity (person, company, physical object, digital asset)
- Event – anything that happens over time (event, transaction, communication, decision)
- Task – anything that needs to be done (with state, owner, deadline, dependencies)
- Relation – any connection between entities
- Audit – who did what when, immutable
- Revision – append-only on informational fields, never silent overwriting
Domain-specific behaviors live in domain packs: reusable application layers.
Domain packs in production
| Domain pack | Use cases |
|---|---|
| Booking | Salon, restaurant, professional studio |
| Group scheduling | Class reunions, alumni meetings, gatherings |
| Event management | B2B events, trade fairs, conferences (60+/year real cases) |
| Watch repair | Luxury watchmaking, tracked repairs |
| Construction | Construction sites, site visits, materials |
| Content production | Complex multi-stakeholder content coordination |
WordPress integration
Bidirectional webhooks between WordPress and FLUX: every event created/modified in WP generates a FLUX audit; every FLUX change is reflected on WP via a canonical mu-plugin. No CMS lock-in – WordPress is one of the runtime connectors, not the only one.
Multi-tenant SSO (roadmap Q4 2027)
The planned architecture: a central hub (hub.scighera.com) with customer selector, cross-tenant badge count, silent SSO auth between instances. Each customer keeps their own FLUX on a dedicated subdomain (e.g. mesaitalia-fx.scighera.com), but the user working across multiple customers sees everything from a single access point.
What FLUX is not
- Not a commodity CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Not a generic project management tool (Asana, Trello, Jira)
- Not a no-code workflow automation tool (Zapier, n8n)
- Not a SaaS with monthly per-user subscription
FLUX is the operational platform for organizations that want to own their management system, not rent it. Construction sites tracking a site visit don’t end up in a shared database with competitors. B2B events with sensitive guest lists are not in a cloud-condominium.
Current status
FLUX agnostic – the portable base – is documentation-first, 166 canonical tables, 114 API endpoints, 40+ sanitized SQL migrations, 8 JSON schema core entities, 7 creative adapter examples. In production across 6 real customers. Replication ready toward AIKB for knowledge export.
FLUX is customized per customer. Not a one-size-fits-all white-label product. Every implementation starts from an analysis of the domain, real workflows, and existing technology stack.
