Partnership Luca Tomassi – communication direction + infrastructure
The model, extracted from Mesa Italia
The work with Mesa Italia produced more than a satisfied client. It laid the foundations for a repeatable operational model: integrated communication, structured knowledge base, management platform (FLUX), operational coordination between different figures with clear roles.
The question became strategic: how do we repeat it? And on what type of clients?
Three elements of the collaboration
1. lucatomassi.net – the direction
The visible layer toward the client. Communication expertise, editorial direction, audiovisual production, sound engineering, team of technicians with decades of experience, AI integration in content.
Luca is the face that a B2B client recognizes as “the person responsible for communication”. Not an agency: a direction figure who brings with them a system shared with Anthilla.

2. Anthilla / Ivan – the infrastructure
The tech and strategic layer that makes the system replicable. Software development (FLUX, V9, AIKB), applied AI, data architecture, automation, repeatability.
Without this layer, lucatomassi remains an excellent freelancer. With this layer, it becomes part of a system that a client buys.
3. FLUX – the platform
The concrete product that emerges from the collaboration. Request management, work status, contacts, operational overview. Customized per client, but with a base tested on Mesa.
FLUX transforms the collaboration from “two people working together” to “a system that a client buys”. See FLUX page.
Division of roles (how it works in practice)
| Luca brings | Ivan / Anthilla brings |
|---|---|
| The client relationship | FLUX development and maintenance |
| Editorial direction | AI architecture |
| Content production | Technical support for the knowledge base |
| Daily operational coordination | Vision on automation and scalability |
Strategic decisions about the client are made together. Execution is separated by domain.
Who this model serves
- B2B companies with unstructured communication or poorly managed internally
- Regulated or high technical complexity sectors (medical, industrial, professional training, Made in Italy manufacturing)
- Organizations that need someone who understands both the content and the system
For each of these clients, the offer is: communication direction (Luca) + infrastructure and platform (Anthilla/FLUX) + structured knowledge base built on the specific client.
FLUX is customized per client – it’s not a generic white label product, but we don’t start from scratch every time.
